With a medium body and clean finish, it features tasting notes of sweet chocolate, toasted nuts, mild citrus, and a bright, balanced lift. The beans are processed using both natural/dry and wet mill washed methods, then sun dried, resulting in a coffee that’s as friendly to the environment as it is to your palate.
