Grown in the rainforests of Central America and in volcanic soils near the Amazon Basin, these coffees are shade-grown, harvested with care, and processed using environmentally friendly washed methods. Beans are sun-dried for up to 7 days, enhancing their sweetness and complexity while supporting biodiversity and sustainability in the regions they’re grown.
