From the misty highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this medium-dark roast single origin delivers a bold, velvety cup with deep, indulgent notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Grown by smallholder farmers using time-honored traditions, Bali Blue is a truly distinctive coffee with a smooth body and earthy elegance.
Cultivated at 1,200–1,600 meters in rich volcanic loam soil, the beans are a mix of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. After being hand-picked, they undergo wet-hulled processing—a unique Indonesian method that imparts depth, low acidity, and a syrupy texture. The coffee is then dried on raised beds, allowing for a clean finish and balanced flavor.
