Grown in the highlands of the Mbeya Region of Tanzania, this single origin coffee is a true reflection of place — from its floral aromatics to its soft, fruity sweetness. Cultivated by small cooperative farmers and nurtured in clay mineral soils at 1,200–1,900 meters, these beans bring out the best of Tanzania’s terroir.
This medium-light roast preserves the coffee’s delicate complexity and vibrant character. Expect a beautifully layered cup with notes of pear, jasmine, and strawberry, balanced by a floral lift and a clean finish. The beans are fully washed and dried on raised beds, a process that enhances clarity and structure in the final brew.
