From the lush, mountainous region of Molino Norte in Matagalpa, our Nicaragua single origin is a medium roast that brings together rich cocoa notes, floral aromatics, and citrus brightness in a beautifully smooth cup. Grown by smallholder farmers who have tended these lands for generations, this coffee reflects care, tradition, and high-elevation terroir.
The beans — a blend of Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties — are fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and then carefully dried on patios and raised beds. This meticulous process brings out the coffee’s clarity and depth, offering a cup that’s both refined and approachable.
