Grown in the lush, volcanic highlands of Aceh, Takengon, this Sumatra single origin is a bold, full-bodied coffee with unmistakable depth and richness. Sourced from the Koperasi Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQB) cooperative, this coffee is a testament to Sumatra’s legacy of powerful, earthy profiles and artisanal processing.
Roasted to a medium-dark level, this cup boasts a syrupy body with medium acidity, layered with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and signature earthy tones. The beans are processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, which enhances their body and gives Sumatra its unique character and long, lingering finish.
