From the high mountain slopes of Sipi in the Kapchorwa District, this single origin Uganda coffee is grown at altitudes of 1,500–2,500 meters, where the cool climate and mineral-rich soil create a cup full of complexity and clarity. This medium roast is delicately balanced with mild acidity, a light body, and tasting notes of floral aromatics, dark fruits, chocolate, and a clean finish.
Produced from heirloom Bourbon varieties including SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain, this coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, preserving its vibrant profile while adding depth and smoothness. It’s an elegant, high-grown African coffee that’s both unique and approachable.
