From the renowned coffee estates of Fazenda Santa Barbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antônio, this Brazil Santos single origin is a medium roast known for its smooth character and gentle richness. It’s an elegant, easy-drinking cup with subtle cocoa notes and a clean, balanced finish.
Grown in the Paraná and São Paulo regions at altitudes of 750–1,050 meters, these beans are a blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, nurtured in volcanic loam soil. The coffee is pulped natural and sun-dried, a traditional Brazilian method that adds body and enhances the natural sweetness without sacrificing clarity.
