From the scenic micro farms of Alajuela, Costa Rica, this medium roast single origin delivers a crisp and vibrant cup with a naturally sweet profile. Expect notes of fresh apple, golden raisin, and honey, all wrapped in a silky body and smooth finish that showcases Costa Rica’s signature clarity.
Grown at elevations of 1,300–1,445 meters in rich volcanic loam, the beans come from carefully managed lots of Caturra and Catuai varieties. After harvest, the coffee is eco-pulped and sun-dried, a sustainable process that reduces water usage while preserving the coffee’s bright, clean character.
