Grown in the heart of the Sidama Zone, this medium-light roast single origin captures everything coffee lovers adore about Ethiopian naturals. Bursting with character, this coffee delivers milk chocolate sweetness, vibrant fruit tones, and a smooth caramel finish, all wrapped in a silky, aromatic body.
Produced by smallholder farmers using traditional methods, the beans are hand-sorted and dried naturally on raised beds, allowing the coffee cherry to impart maximum flavor to the bean. Cultivated at elevations of 1,700–1,900 meters in rich nitisol soil, this coffee showcases the full potential of indigenous heirloom cultivars—bright, bold, and beautifully nuanced.
