Sourced from the highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this medium roast single origin brings together the best of Mexico’s coffee-growing tradition. Grown by smallholder producers who have long cultivated these lands, this coffee offers a comforting, well-balanced cup with rich notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and crisp green apple.
The beans are a mix of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra — traditional varieties grown at 900–1,000 meters in clay mineral-rich soil. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and sun dried, preserving its clarity, brightness, and smooth finish.
Whether brewed black or with a splash of milk, this cup is cozy, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
