Sourced from smallholder farmers at 1,200–1,600 meters and grown in volcanic loam soil, these beans include Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. After being hand-picked, they are wet-hulled and dried on raised beds, giving this coffee its signature depth, low acidity, and naturally sweet character.
