This medium-dark roast features bold, layered flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, crafted from beans grown in the highlands of Kintamani, Indonesia. The result? Sourced from smallholder farmers at 1,200–1,600 meters and grown in volcanic loam soil, these beans include Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. After being hand-picked, they are wet-hulled and dried on raised beds, giving this coffee its signature depth, low acidity, and naturally sweet character.
