From the famed coffee-growing region of Antigua, this medium roast single origin from Guatemala offers a harmonious balance of dark chocolate richness, bright fruit acidity, and smooth butterscotch sweetness. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers in fertile volcanic loam soil, these beans are packed with complexity and clarity.
Cultivated at elevations between 1,200 and 1,616 meters, this coffee features classic varietals like Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica. The beans are fully washed and sun dried, preserving their crisp character and layered flavor profile. The result is a beautifully structured cup — vibrant yet smooth, with a sweet lingering finish.
