Grown in the misty highlands of Marcala, La Paz, this medium-dark roast from Honduras is a full-flavored, well-structured coffee with a warm, inviting profile. Produced by over 1,500 grower-members of Café Organics Marcala, this coffee is the product of dedication, tradition, and high-altitude craftsmanship.
The beans — a blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica — thrive in clay mineral soil at elevations between 1,300 and 1,700 meters. They are fully washed and sun-dried, bringing out tasting notes of caramel, baking spice, and brown sugar in every cup. The result is a cozy, comforting brew that feels both familiar and complex.
