From the scenic highlands of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, this medium roast single origin is a beautifully balanced coffee that brings together sweetness, citrus brightness, and a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Grown by the expert farmers of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this coffee reflects generations of care and craftsmanship.
At elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters, the beans are cultivated in clay mineral soil and represent a blend of heritage varieties including Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor. The beans are fully washed and dried in the sun, a traditional and environmentally conscious process that helps preserve clarity and nuance in the cup.
Tasting notes of salted caramel, citrus, and gentle sweetness make this a crowd-pleaser from morning to evening.
