Grown in the lush highlands of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, this medium roast decaf delivers all the flavor with none of the buzz. Produced by the dedicated members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, this coffee is a standout for both its origin and its processing.
Carefully cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in clay mineral soil, the beans are a mix of traditional varieties including Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor. After being fully washed and sun-dried, they’re gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, which removes caffeine using pure water—no chemicals, no compromise.
The result is a smooth, well-balanced cup with notes of caramel, citrus, and a soft, sweet finish — perfect for any time of day.
